Emma Tenaglia and Emma Preissman each scored two goals to lead the Mainland Regional High School girls soccer team to a 5-0 victory over Our Lady of Mercy Academy in a Cape-Atlantic League American Division game Friday.
Savannah Jones also scored for the Mustangs (7-2), winners of four straight. Maddie Taylor and Keeley Dougherty each assisted on a goal. Riley Townsend and Emilia Perez each made four saves.
Peyton Widecrantz made 12 saves for the Villagers (4-7).
No. 4 Egg Harbor Twp. 7, Middle Twp. 0: Jackie Brownlee scored three goals for the Eagles (11-0), who are No. 4 in The Press Elite 11.
Evy Brown assisted on three goals and scored another. Payton Crowell, Brielle VonColln and Ali Weller each scored. Abby Mathis, Gabriella Burbach and Siena Jaworski each assisted on a goal. Arianna Nguyen made one save.
Alli Nagle made seven saves for Middle (3-6-1).
Hammonton 9, Oakcrest 0: Catalina Caputi assisted on two goals and scored another for the Blue Devils (7-3).
Alena DiGerolamo scored and assisted on another. Brooklynn DelGozzo, Trinity Nunez, Hannah Waddell, Zoey Kienzle, Taylor Pusey, Ella Zlinsky and Angelina Coppola each scored.
Anastasia Lisojo made 10 saves for Oakcrest (0-7).
