Married at First Sight favourite Keye Luke has received floods of support after sharing a heart-breaking mental health confession. The London-based groom married Davide Anica at the beginning of the matchmaking show, and they quickly became one of this series' strongest couples. While Keye has been a bubbly personality in the E4 experiment , the reality star recently revealed that he tried to take his own life just last year. Posting an Instagram reel on October 20, he started: "One year ago today, I didn't think I'd still be here. One year ago today, I tried to end my life. I didn't think I'd laugh again, love again, or ever feel like me again." The 33-year-old star went on to explain that life has surprised him in the last 12 months, as he has found love and family with "the most beautiful collection of human beings". Above all, Keye expressed gratitude growing into a version of himself he couldn't have envisioned at the time of his struggle. The reality star then encouraged others struggling with their mental health to "hold on". The candid video was posted alongside an equally raw caption. Keye wrote: "This has to be one of the hardest things I’ve ever said out loud. A year ago today, I didn’t think I’d still be here, and saying that out loud feels surreal. "It’s not easy to talk about, but I want to. Because someone out there might need to hear it. You’re not alone, even when it feels impossible. There’s always help, and there’s always hope, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now." "You matter. You are loved. And the world is better with you in it," Keye concluded. Support quickly poured in for the Londoner, with one fan commenting: "How brave. Yr amazing. thank you for sharing!! I needed to hear this!!!!!!!" While someone else said: "So brave talking and opening up about this well done," and a third follower penned: "Thank you for sharing your story Keye, I'm so glad you're still with us." MAFS viewers have caught a glimpse at the love that Keye has found over the last year. The groom recently stunned the reality show's experts when he confessed he was in love with partner Davide.
