Ava Riggins finished with 12 service points, nine aces, five kills and three blocks to lead the Lower Cape May Regional High School girls volleyball team to a 2-0 victory over Mainland Regional in a Cape-Atlantic League match Tuesday.
The Caper Tigers won by set scores of 25-20, 25-11.
Adeline Pacevich led with 10 assists to go with two kills and two service points for Lower (6-4). Harley Siner added eight service points, five aces and three kills.
The Mustangs fell to 2-14.
Old Bridge 2, Pinelands Reg. 0: The Wildcats (17-2) won by set scores of 25-16, 25-10.
Jayla Kline led with six digs for Pinelands. Jayda Quigley added five digs and two kills. Chloe Tucker contributed three assists. Heidi Cyphert finished with three service points.
Princeton 3, Southern Reg. 2: Princeton (15-0) won by set scores of 25-27, 25-21, 22-25, 25-16, 15-12.
Lauren Ambar finished with 55 assists and 30 digs for Southern. (12-6). Kayden Bulger added 33 kills and 18 digs. Grace Thurber contributed 29 digs and 12 kills. Gianna Manochio added 24 digs. Heather Henderson contributed 18 kills and 12 service points.
Middle Twp. 2, Winslow Twp. 0: The Panthers (9-5) won by set scores of 25-12, 25-14.
Sophia Banach finished with nine kills and five digs for Middle. Addison Campbell added five assists, four aces and four digs. Phoebe Lengle contributed four assists.
