Loose Women confirmed some “fantastic” news as they revealed that they’re “delighted” to announce what’s next for the ITV panel show. Earlier this year, a celebratory confetti cannon went off in the studio as the panel announced the exciting new project and Kaye Adams told viewers: “After more than 25 years on your TV screens, we’re getting even looser. As if that was possible!” It was then that Loose Women: The Podcast was officially announced, and saw a different duo take on each episode as they offer audiences an extended serving of commentary and conversation around the hottest topics and biggest issues, from news to entertainment and their own lived experiences. The first series consisted of twenty episodes and opened up the platform for discussion around baby loss, grief, marriage, beauty standards and more. It has been a huge hit with viewers and listeners alike, achieving well over one million views and downloads so far. Now, Loose Women have confirmed that they’ll be back for a second series, but will return as Loose Women: Just Between Us… on Tuesday (September 16). Available to watch on ITVX, STV Player, YouTube or listen wherever you get your podcasts, a dynamic duo from ITV ’s award-winning Loose Women will swap the panel for a podcast mic in a new episode every Tuesday as they ponder over listeners’ innermost dilemmas and confidential confessions, as well as sharing a few of their own. In a new promo, Denise Welch and Kelly Brook, who will feature in the first episode, say: “The Loose Women podcast is back and it really is ‘Just Between Us’… “Your juicy dilemmas and secret confessions – and some of ours too, just between us. This is Loose Women and we are Looser than ever!” Alongside some trademark Loose Women laughs, the podcast will once again offer those listening or watching the chance to ask the questions they’ve always wanted to know as the ladies dedicate each weekly episode of Loose Women: Just Between Us… to helping navigate the tricky situations they might usually only talk to their close friends about, but are looking for all-important answers to. Plus, they’ll take a look at some of the shocking confessions that you need to get off your chest – resulting in the Loose Women sharing some of their own never-heard-before stories.
