Loose Women 's Christine Lampard made a confession during her recent chat with the boys from Westlife. Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne and Kian Egan spoke to Christine in a pre-recorded interview which aired during Wednesday's (November 5) episode of the ITV daytime show. Following the announcement that the trio are set to go back on tour to mark the band's 25th anniversary, the group spoke to the presenter about their impressive career. During their interview, Christine pointed out that she'd "lost count" how many times she'd seen the band performing live. The ITV star said: "I shouldn't actually admit that. Never mind to you" leaving the boys in hysterics. When asked if her football manager husband Frank Lampard liked their music, Christine revealed that he belts their tracks on the karaoke machine. Nicky asked: "Is Frank a fan? Does he sing the songs?" Christine joked: "Are you kidding me. Oh my god, i'm not embarrassing him by telling you his karaoke story but let's just say yes, he knows a few words. No one needs to hear that." Christine went on to reveal that she feels that she's been at "every junction of their career from their first interview at BBC Northern Ireland and the band said she was a big part of their 24-year career. Westlife formed in Dublin in 1998. with Nicky, Shane, Kian, Mark Feehily and Brian McFadden, who left the group in 2004. In Ireland, the group has 11 number-one albums, 16 number-one singles, and 34 Top 50 singles. They have sold over 55 million records and are holders of four Guinness World Records. Mark has suffered a number of health setbacks, first pulling out of the band’s 2022 tour when he developed pneumonia. He contracted severe sepsis in August 2020 after surgery, which led to ongoing health challenges and required him to step back from touring with Westlife to recover. Last year, Mark announced he would have to withdraw from their first tour of America after undergoing hernia surgery. In June this year the band confirmed Mark would also be absent from their 25th anniversary tour. Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX
