Loganair has unveiled a new festive promotion designed to make Christmas journeys easier, more convenient, and better value for money for passengers. Loganair is the leading regional airline in the UK and flies to Ireland via Dublin, City of Derry, Donegal and Belfast City airports. Launched this week, Fly Flex provides travellers with more space for presents and added peace of mind when travelling to spend the holidays with loved ones. Available for just one week until midnight on Tuesday, 27 October, Fly Flex is valid across Loganair’s entire network for journeys from 1 November onwards, including the busy festive travel period. The new promotion combines extra baggage allowance with built-in flexibility. Customers booking with Fly Flex will be able to check in 23kg of hold luggage as well as carry 6kg of hand luggage plus a handbag, making it ideal for those travelling with gifts, winter clothing, and Christmas essentials. Beyond the generous baggage allowance, the fare also offers valuable flexibility. Tickets are fully changeable, with only the fare difference applying, and the airline’s ‘get home early’, allowing customers to switch to an earlier flight on the day of travel free of charge Passengers will also automatically collect 650 Avios per flight when signed up to Loganair Loyalty, rewarding loyal travellers over the festive season. Earlier this year, Loganair was ranked second in the Which? annual customer survey of short-haul airlines, achieving a 72% customer score. The airline received a five-star rating for customer service and four stars for booking, boarding, and cleanliness. Lyn MacDonald, Director of Marketing, Communications and Product at Loganair, said: “We know that Christmas is a time when customers want to maximise their time with friends and family and minimise the stress of travel. “Fly Flex is designed to give that extra bit of reassurance- whether it’s having more room in the suitcase for gifts or simply knowing that you can get home earlier if plans change on the day.” The Fly Flex promotion is available to all customers booking between 21 and 27 October, and applies to travel from 1 November onwards, covering not only the festive period but also journeys into the New Year.
