Live updates: Flights cancelled as shutdown hits day 38

More than 790 planned Friday flights were cut from airline schedules as the longest shutdown on record continues with no end in sight. President Donald Trump will meet with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán at the White House today. The two are expected to discuss trade and energy, among other topics. Republican Rep.
