New Delhi: Madhya Pradesh has emerged as a hotspot for major business houses with large companies establishing their presence across the state. The state has also become a hub for numerous prominent entrepreneurs. According to the Hurun India Rich List the richest person in Madhya Pradesh is Vinod Agrawal. Vinod Agrawal is the owner of Agrawal Coal Company and has made his name in the coal business. Hailing from Indore Vinods total wealth is approximately Rs 7100 crore. In other words he is leading the wealth race in Madhya Pradesh.

Shyamsundar Moondra who is the owner of Ujaas Energy is in the third position.
He is a resident of Indore and his wealth is estimated at around ₹3500 crore.
Ujaas Energy which operates in the solar energy sector has gained recognition across the country.
Moondra’s company has played a significant role in advancing Madhya Pradesh towards green energy.
Dinesh Patidar from Indore grabbed the fourth position. Dinesh owns the Shakti Pumps. His total wealth is reported to be around Rs 3400 crore. Dineshs company is known not only in India but also abroad for its pump systems. He designed his products keeping in mind the irrigation and rural needs which helped his business reach the villages.
In the fifth position is Sudhir Agrawal from Bhopal the owner of Sagar Manufacturers. His wealth is estimated at around ₹2500 crore. He is a prominent name in the textile industry and the Sagar Group is recognized across education health and industry sectors. Under Sudhir Agrawal’s leadership the Sagar Group has established a strong presence in Bhopal and surrounding areas.
