There are two Play-in matches in which the 5th-ranked team will face the 8th-ranked team, while the 6th-ranked team will face the 7th-ranked team, respectively. The teams winning the two Play-ins will compete against each other in Eliminator 1. A Mini Qualifier will take place between the 3rd-ranked and the 4th-ranked teams. While the winners progress to the Eliminator 3, the losers will face the winner of Eliminator 1 in Eliminator 2. The winner of the match will qualify for the final, while the loser will face the winner of Eliminator 3, whose winner will be in the final. 8 teams have qualified further, of which 4 teams will play Play-ins, while the other 4 have made it to the Playoffs.
