According to Wikipedia, Project 2025 intends to reshape federal government and consolidate executive power in favor of right-wing policies, replacing merit-based civil service workers with Donald Trump loyalists, taking partisan control of key government agencies.
Most of Trump’s executive actions are not even his ideas, but he’s the perfect frontman with his cult following and obsession for personal power. Sadly, the Star-Advertiser presents the so-called “other side” with articles like “Domestic tranquility is shared federal responsibility” (Commentary, Aug. 24); that we should feel good about what’s going on in D.C. Or “Twisting the truth: Extreme weather and the climate narrative” (Commentary, June 29); that climate change is a political hoax. “The Start of a Golden Age” (Commentary, April 27) suggests everything’s coming up roses, even while the Trump cabal is destroying all in its path.
Has this administration actually done or built one single thing to make our lives better? The answer is no.
