To the editor: I want to take a moment to thank the residents of Ward 5 for the incredible honor of serving as your City Councilor. From day one, I’ve worked to earn and keep your trust, by listening, showing up, and getting things done. Together, we’ve accomplished a lot. We’ve paved more roads in Ward 5 than any other ward for six years running. We’ve expanded workforce training at Taconic, supported housing growth, modernized zoning to grow our urban core and protect our neighborhoods and strengthened public safety, resulting in a decrease in crime five years in a row. We’ve also driven over $30 million in private investment, creating jobs, improving infrastructure and boosting local opportunity. We’ve rebuilt parks and green spaces, from Clapp Park’s new upgrades to expanded trail access across our conservation areas. And through it all, we’ve done it the right way, through collaboration, transparency and steady leadership. As I seek re-election, my focus remains clear: housing, infrastructure and economic growth. Pittsfield deserves leadership that’s calm, consistent and committed to results. I’m proud of what we have achieved, and I believe our best days are still ahead. With your continued support, we’ll keep building a Pittsfield defined by opportunity, safety and quality of life for all. Now, I humbly ask for your vote on Tuesday.
