Letitia Dean shows off new figure in skin tight leggings in EastEnders return

Letitia Dean, who plays Sharon Watts in EastEnders showed off her new figure in a dramatic new trailer for the BBC soap.

Her character’s return to Albert Square promises to be as gripping with a storyline that has fans buzzing with excitement.

In the newly released trailer, Sharon is seen stepping out of a taxi with her young son Albie, dressed in her signature black ensemble.

Wearing skin-tight trousers, a lace top, and towering heels, the scene takes a dramatic turn as Sharon comes face-to-face with Zoe Slater, the woman responsible for her father Den’s death, in a moment that has already set social media alight.

It’s a powerful return for one of EastEnders’ most beloved characters, and Letitia’s transformation only adds to the impact.

But it’s not just Sharon’s return to Walford that has people talking but also Letitia’s personal journey. The actress has been open about her weight loss, revealing that she has shed an impressive two stone, dropping from 10st 4lbs to 8st 3lbs and gone down four dress sizes.

Letitia admitted that her relationship with food and dieting hasn’t always been easy. Over the years, she tried countless fad diets, including the Atkins diet and extreme calorie restrictions, but found them unsustainable. ‘I just woke up one morning, and I’d had enough,’ she said. ‘For years, my weight yo-yoed up and down. I’d go on fad diets, but they never worked long-term.’

Determined to make a lasting change, Letitia overhauled her approach to health and well-being.

She now follows a balanced diet, consuming around 1,300 calories a day.

Her meals focus on lean proteins like grilled chicken, plenty of greens, and other nutrient-rich foods.

Junk food, which she admits was once a weakness, is now firmly off the menu. ‘It was incredible. I found I had so much more energy than when I used to eat junk food,’ she said, reflecting on the positive impact of her new lifestyle.
