LEE — Lee Bank has promoted Stacy Simms to assistant vice president of human resources and administration, and Lee Donsbough to assistant vice president of facilities. Both are recognized for their outstanding leadership, commitment and contributions to the bank’s culture and operations. Simms, who joined Lee Bank in 2002, began her career as a temporary teller before moving into the mortgage department, where she served as both mortgage clerk and loan processor. In 2008, she found her professional calling in human resources, where she has been instrumental in fostering employee engagement and supporting staff across all branches. Simms earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and achieved her SHRM–CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) designation in 2023. “Stacy’s deep understanding of our people and culture, paired with her steady leadership and professionalism, make her an invaluable part of Lee Bank,” said Chuck Leach, president and CEO. “Her dedication to our employees and her thoughtful approach to HR continue to strengthen our organization.” Donsbough joined Lee Bank in 2016 as facilities manager and has been integral in overseeing the maintenance, safety and functionality of the Bank’s five branches and administrative offices.
