Hotpod Yoga and ELP Bistro Limited are the latest additions to the estate, each bringing unique offerings to the estate. Hotpod Yoga has taken a 10-year lease on Unit 5 Newton House, a 1,459 sq.ft. space, and will introduce its signature heated, inflatable pods and immersive yoga experience.

Meanwhile, ELP Bistro Limited has signed a five-year lease on Unit 5 Watt House, a 757 sq.ft. unit to open a new coffee shop and bistro for visitors and tenants.

The strong demand continues, with Unit 9 Darwin House, the final remaining space at the Innovation Centre, currently under offer. Once completed, the development will be fully let – a major milestone for the commercial-focused destination.

Paula James, Industrial Lettings Manager at LCP, part of M Core, said: “The Innovation Centre continues to go from strength to strength, providing high-quality space for retail, leisure and professional services in the heart of the Black Country’s largest business estate. The recent lettings reflect the strong appetite for well-located, flexible accommodation, and we’re proud to support such a vibrant and diverse tenant mix.”

Jess MacDonald, Studio Owner and Director at Hot Pod Yoga, said: “We’re excited to bring the Hotpod Yoga experience to Multipark Pensnett and introduce something a little different to the local community.
