A Place In The Sun presenter, Laura Hamilton , posed up a storm as she showed off her huge biceps and muscular frame, as she hit back at trolls who claimed she was ‘too old to wear a bikini’. Following a visit to the gym, Laura, 43, took the opportunity to show off her impressive physique while lifting some heavy dumbbells during a workout. Laura looked professional and stylish in some bright red leggings paired with a black sports bra. Her outfit showed off her washboard abs as well as her muscular arms. She paired the outfit with some Nike running trainers and was seen fresh-faced and grinning from ear to ear. Sharing the photo on her Instagram , the TV presenter penned: “6,7 Apparently that’s what the cool kids say. So here I am, in the gym, trying to keep up!” Followers rushed to send their compliments as one person wrote: “You are Absolutely Beautiful and strong Laura”, while another added: “Wow impressive”. Laura’s impressive post comes after she hit back at trolls online who said she was ‘too old’ to wear a bikini. The presenter stunned in a black and white swim suit as she wrote: “Who decides when we're 'too old' for anything?”. She added: “I recently read a comment saying I was too old to wear a bikini… and it honestly made me stop and think for a second. But then I reminded myself, life's way too short to worry about what other people think.” The mother of two continued: “Today I'm wearing a swimsuit, not because of the comment I read but because I wanted to and I feel comfortable in it! We all have days when we feel self-conscious, but we deserve to enjoy the sunshine, the beach, the pool, whatever makes us happy, no matter our age and whether we choose to wear a swimsuit or a bikini!!” Laura’s post follows after she opened up on how she manages to juggle her successful career and co-parenting her two children. The star is best known for hosting the show A Place In The Sun for the last 13 years, where she helps people look for new homes abroad. Laura is a mum son Rocco, 11, and ten-year-old daughter Tahlia with her ex-husband, insurance broker Alex Goward. Laura revealed that the former couple tend to look after their children a week at a time, which means Laura can film abroad while her kids stay in the UK with their dad. Speaking to The Sun, Laura said: "I co-parent Rocco and Tahlia with their dad. I try to manage it so that they spend a week with their dad, then a week with me. "The weeks that they are with their dad is when I tend to focus more on my filming and so I am less stressed about getting back home in time for dinner or bedtimes. "I’m incredibly lucky that over the years, I have had a supportive employer who has allowed me to travel with my children. That has allowed me to be a mum and have my career. Is it a juggle?
