Lansinoh Selects Mile Marker And A&G To Expand Its Brand For Today's Families

Agencies will boost media and creator relations/PR for maternal health and baby care brand.

NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Lansinoh , the global maternal health and baby care brand, has tapped Mile Marker for media and Allen & Gerritsen (A&G) for creator relations and PR. The new partners will help reimagine and bring Lansinoh’s message of support to a broader audience.

Mile Marker and A&G were selected following a competitive review conducted earlier this year, during which Lansinoh sought partners to build on its strong reputation in breastfeeding support and extend its influence across postpartum care, early parenting, and product innovation. Mile Marker will handle strategy, planning and buying for brand awareness, retail media, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns. A&G will handle earned media, thought leadership, creator relations, awards strategy, and issues management.

Mile Marker and A&G will start by supporting a significant new product launch with a campaign that emphasizes the synonymous needs of mother and child – which shifts life from “me” to “we.”

Mile Marker will base media strategy on consumer journey maps for 2.3 million expecting moms and 2.5 million postpartum moms, based on trimester and stage. To do the audience mapping, the agency will use its MMoS suite which synthesizes audience and media data.
