Kyle Boulia Joins Crisis PR Firm Forward Global Los Angeles

EXCLUSIVE: Kyle Boulia has been named principal at crisis PR firm Forward Global Los Angeles, joining managing partner Ashley Hansen. Boulia and Hansen are reteaming after having previously worked together at United Talent Agency and most recently at Archewell, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s non-profit. In this new role, Boulia will support Hansen in providing strategic communications services to high-level clients while furthering the company’s commitment to serving clients in entertainment, media, technology, and other sectors, complementing its established U.S. offices in Washington, D.C., Miami, and New York. Forward Global offers risk management, due diligence, investigations, and cybersecurity to its clients. The Los Angeles office will enhance support for multinational corporations, entertainment companies, financial institutions, global leaders, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals navigating emerging risks and opportunities worldwide. “Bringing Kyle Boulia on board at Forward Global Los Angeles was a deliberate and strategic decision — one rooted in trust, collaboration, and an appreciation for excellence. Having worked with Kyle before, I’ve seen firsthand his unmatched dedication, creative tenacity, and commitment to delivering his clients results that move the needle. He embodies the forward-thinking spirit we’re building here, and I couldn’t imagine a stronger first hire to expand our West Coast presence,” shared Hansen. Before working with Harry and Meghan as Press Secretary and Director of Communications at Archewell, Boulia was a communications executive at UTA. His duties included overseeing messaging across offices in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, and London; securing high-impact press coverage; and managing communications across nearly 20 departments. While there, he co-chaired UTA Proud, advanced DEI initiatives, led global programs, and helped UTA earn a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index—the first for a major Hollywood talent agency. Boulia also led communications campaigns for various Las Vegas-based companies across corporate, entertainment, nonprofit, hospitality, F&B, and retail sectors.
