This is part of the deal that Erdogan arranged and that the Turkish government has declared is a great move. Yes they are moving towards legitmate politics, but for the sake of ending any future terrorism. Such moves have been highly succesful way to permanently end terroism in many countries so its worth the lack of punishment.
