A long running and established business in Kilkenny City has announced it will close its doors for the final time later this year. Rossiter Shoe Repairs and Pedorthics, based on the Butterslip, has been in operation locally for 38 years but owner Michael Rossiter has confirmed 2025 will be its last in store before moving online. “Whilst I often spoke of retirement, it was always off there in the far distant future,” Mr Rossiter said.
