It's beginning to look a lot like we have a second generation of Jonas superstars! Alena Rose Jonas, 11, and Valentina Angelina Jonas, 9, looked nervous and thrilled to be standing on the red carpet for their movie debut in "A Very Jonas Christmas," which premieres on Nov. 14 on Disney+. The girls appear alongside their dad, Kevin Jonas, and his brothers, Joe and Nick. In the movie, a band called The Jonas Brothers gets stranded while on tour in Europe on Dec. 23. As they attempt all sorts of ways to get home for Christmas, hijinks ensue. In their red carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight, the girls, all gussied up for the occasion, were literally shaking with excitement as they fielded questions along with their mom, Danielle Jonas. Alena, however, tried to play it cool. "It was a lot of fun," she said, trying to mask a giant grin. "It was interesting for me," Alena added with a giggle. Alena admitted to being nervous during filming, but not Valentina. "I usually would be (nervous), but I wasn't," she said with a smile. "I was like, ‘Oh my God!’” "She's actually very shy," Danielle said of Valentina. "But then when the camera came out, I saw, like, a new person on her." Of her firstborn daughter Alena, Danielle said, "She's always loved the whole acting, kind of theater, thing." When asked if she wanted to do more movies in the future, Valentina gave a resounding, "YES!" Danielle said, "I'm in trouble." The girls didn't mention the type of roles they play in the movie. Could they be playing Kevin's kids onscreen as well as in real life? Could they be Christmas elves? Could they be raving fans of the fictional boy band? We'll have to tune in to find out!
