Those who missed Keanu Reeves' Good Fortune can catch it at home soon, with the digital and physical release dates now being confirmed. The John Wick and The Matrix star, who has experience across many more genres, ventured into fantasy comedy with this entry. It was met with mixed-leaning towards good reviews, but sadly, not a huge box office turnout. Good Fortune also stars its writer and director, Aziz Ansari, as well as Seth Rogen, Keke Palmer, and Sandra Oh. The movie follows Reeves' angel Gabriel, who tries to prove a point to a down-on-his-luck human Arj (Ansari). Wanting to illustrate that money cannot solve everything, Gabriel switches Arj's life with that of his rich boss (Rogen) — only to watch this change fix many of Arj's problems. But despite its star-studded cast of fan-favorites and a strong Rotten Tomatoes debut, Good Fortune only grossed $15.88 million on a budget of $30 million, making it a financial loss for Lionsgate Films. Now, Good Fortune's chances of earning back its budget and marketing costs lie in post-theatrical sales. Lionsgate has confirmed that Good Fortune will be available on VOD from November 7, with 4K UHD (+ Blu-ray + Digital) Combo, Blu-ray™ (+ Digital), and DVD coming on December 9.
