Johan Rojas will not play in the NLDS

PHILADELPHIA – Johan Rojas is not a candidate to be on the Phillies roster for the National League Division Series, according to president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski.
Dombrowski said Tuesday that Rojas is still hampered by a left quad injury.
The outfielder has been with the Triple-A Lehigh Valley IronPigs since the July trade deadline. But he was a candidate to be added to the NLDS roster because of his speed and defense. Dombrowski said Rojas could be available for the NL Championship Series.
The Phillies worked out at Citizens Bank Park on Tuesday. The Phillies will host either the Los Angeles Dodgers or the Cincinnati Reds in Game 1 of the best-of-five division series Saturday at either 1 or 7 p.m.
