Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night sidekick is speaking out.
Guillermo Rodriguez took to Instagram to share a short message on Tuesday, just hours before the return of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” following a weeklong suspension.
“We are back full of love,” Rodriguez, 54, wrote alongside a photo of himself and Kimmel, 57, embracing on the set of the newly reinstated ABC late-night talk show.
The comedian, who has served as Kimmel’s right-hand man ever since “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” premiered in 2003, was last seen leaving LA’s El Capitan Entertainment Centre with Kimmel shortly after ABC pulled their program off the air on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
Meanwhile, fans of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” rushed to the comments section of Rodriguez’s post to share their excitement about the show’s highly anticipated return.
“Welcome back!” one person wrote.
“Cannot wait for tonight’s episode!” added another.
“Can’t wait to see you where you belong, together again!” commented a third, while a fourth fan wrote, “Let’s make this the most watched show of all time!”
