A sprained knee can keep Daniels out of the game on Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders, even after the long break in between games. I would be surprised if Daniels actually practiced this week, let alone played against the Raiders. It’s not worth risking this early in the season when you have Marcus Mariota as your backup quarterback, who has shown he can win games. Head Coach Dan Quinn will talk to the media at 3:30 p.m. ET and give updates on the full team’s health, but obviously, Daniels will be the hot topic. I’d expect Daniels to also wear a brace on his knee to avoid any other injuries. Daniels said after the game that he was fine, and he also had his leg heavily wrapped, according to Jeremy Fowler.
