Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce shared his honest thoughts on his brother, Travis Kelce’s, 1587 Prime steakhouse in Kansas City.“It’s fantastic," Jason said on Wednesday, via the "New Heights" podcast. "I mean, it’s a high end, like, very well done steakhouse.“There’s a lot more creativity to it. I didn’t know there was the GOAT Burger, which was like a step up from the big red, but I’m like, I’m getting the big red. I’m here for the Andy Reid Burger. Gotta get the big red. And then got the cheesesteak as well. We also got the meatballs and whipped ricotta.”Jason's praise came just days after the restaurant got roasted online. It is co-owned by Travis and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, along with hospitality group Noble 33.Its menu is packed with fancy steaks, including a 40-ounce wagyu tomahawk that grabs attention. Other standout dishes are the crispy togarashi fried chicken and a rich twice baked potato loaded with black truffle and smoked gouda.
