Ja Rule says Drake doesn’t need any advice on how to bounce back from the Kendrick Lamar feud. In a sit-down on Carmelo Anthony’s 7PM in Brooklyn podcast, Ja said if he were to give advice to Drizzy, he’d simply tell the 6 God to keep it pushing. “Drake don’t need no advice,” he said. “Drake is rich, got a big ass plane. Have you seen his plane? What we talking about Drake for, man? That n—a chilling, man.” Ja then went on to shower Drake in praise, and noted that he had an “unprecedented” run, comparing it to Michael Jackson. However, Ja Rule also said rap beefs weren’t beneficial in any sense. “You look at Kendrick and Drake, nothing good is coming out of any of these things,” he argued. “Like, me and 50’s s—t, that s—t f—ked up New York hip-hop. It really did.” Ja Rule was speaking about his longstanding beef with 50 Cent, which continues to this day. Ja most recently accused 50 of being a “rat” after the G-Unit leader clowned the late Irv Gotti. “Until you do something to the n—as that shot you you can’t troll no more…,” Ja wrote at the time. “[Laughing face emoji] handle your business chump lmao…” He went on to say: “@50cent N—a you’re a used car salesman everything you do is trash music 1 good album after that trash liquor trash tv shows yeah I said it TRASH how many times you gonna make the same show that coke stepped on parenting trash character trash n—a you the garbage man.” Check out the full podcast featuring Ja Rule below.
