The Iyaloja-General of Nigeria, Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, on Thursday, paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Lanre Sanusi, to strengthen the existing relationship between the traders’ leadership and the council.

A statement by Kola Folorunsho, media aide to the council boss, which was made available to Independent on Friday, said the visit focused on collaboration that will enhance market development in Amuwo-Odofin.

Discussions highlighted ways to improve market infrastructure, promote trader welfare, and create a sustainable business-friendly environment that will foster economic growth and prosperity for residents and traders alike.

Sanusi reaffirmed his administration’s readiness to partner the Iyaloja-General in moving markets within Amuwo-Odofin forward, ensuring they remain organized, safe, and conducive for commerce.
