Ivory Coast head coach Emerse Faé has publicly opened the door for Ange-Yoan Bonny to represent the national team, confirming that discussions are underway with the Inter Milan striker and his entourage. Speaking to Canal+ Sports Africa, with quotes via FCInterNews, Faé explained that the federation has been following Bonny’s development closely. “He’s a player we’ve been monitoring for a long time, even before he signed for Inter. We’re in contact with him and his representatives, and we hope our project, both collectively and individually, can attract him.” Bonny, who was born in France but has Ivorian roots, has impressed since arriving at Inter, contributing goals and assists.
