Ramallah, November 09 (QNA) -The Israeli occupation and settlers continue their aggression against Palestinians through raids, arrests, demolition orders, and theft of olive harvests across the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem. According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), Israeli occupation forces on Sunday stormed the village of al-Walaja, northwest of Bethlehem, issuing a demolition order for an inhabited Palestinian home and demolishing a private park in the Ain Juwaizah area of the town. Israeli occupation forces also arrested a Palestinian from Beit Ummar, north of Hebron Governorate, after severely beating him, while several others suffered from suffocation due to inhaling tear gas. Business owners were forced to close their shops. In Salfit Governorate, the occupation forces raided the town of Burin with several military vehicles accompanied by a bulldozer. In occupied Jerusalem, three Palestinian families in the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, were forcibly evicted from their homes in preparation for takeover by settler organizations. Meanwhile, settlers uprooted and destroyed 70 olive saplings belonging to a Palestinian in Khirbet Tibnah, Masafer Yatta, and cut the fence surrounding his land. (QNA)
