During the period of land reforms, Mangaluru again led by example, demonstrating what genuine social inclusion could look like. Over time, its people carried this spirit across India and beyond , building successful businesses in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Dubai, particularly in hospitality and small enterprises. Many things are falling in place. Mangaluru has an important role to play as India marches towards becoming a developed nation,” he said.
