However, only 39 percent report enterprise-wide EBIT impact. Marketing, sales, strategy, corporate finance, and product development see the most revenue gains, while software engineering, IT, and manufacturing see the most cost benefits.Live Events4. Top AI Performers Focus on Growth and Innovation, Not Just EfficiencyOrganizations seeing the greatest AI impact set growth and innovation goals, not just efficiency. These high performers, about 6 percent of respondents, also redesign workflows, scale AI faster, and implement best practices for transformation. Larger companies are more likely to anticipate reductions, while AI-related hiring continues, particularly for software and data engineers, as per the McKinsey report.6. More Companies Implement Risk Management for AI Errors and ComplianceOver the past few years, organizations have increased efforts to mitigate AI risks, such as inaccuracies, privacy concerns, and regulatory compliance. Fifty-one percent of respondents report experiencing at least one negative consequence from AI, with inaccuracy being the most common.
