The upcoming iQOO 15 is all set to launch in India on November 26, iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya confirmed via X (formerly Twitter). The smartphone will be among the first in India to feature Vivo’s Android 16-based OriginOS 6 interface. Ahead of the official launch, Amazon India has gone live with a microsite revealing key specifications of the device. The iQOO 15 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and will also include a dedicated Q3 computing chip to boost gaming performance, enabling full-scenario ray tracing and enhanced frame stability. iQOO 15 Specifications (Expected) Display: 6.85-inch AMOLED panel, 2K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 6,000 nits peak brightness Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Gaming chip: Q3 computing chip for ray tracing and stable performance RAM & Storage: 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM; 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB UFS 4.1 storage Operating System: Android 16 with OriginOS 6 Cameras: Triple rear setup – 50MP main + 50MP periscope telephoto + 50MP ultra-wide; 32MP front camera Battery: 7,000mAh with 100W ultra-fast flash charging and 40W wireless charging Cooling: 8K single-layer vapour cooling chamber plate The iQOO 15 was first launched in China on October 20, where it received strong reviews for performance and battery efficiency. The Indian variant is expected to retain most of these specifications, including its flagship-grade internals and gaming enhancements. With these features, the iQOO 15 is set to compete directly with other premium flagships like the OnePlus 15, Xiaomi 17 Pro, Vivo X300 Pro, and OPPO Find X9, all expected to debut later this year.
