EA Sports FC 26 have released their player ratings, and as is often the case, a section of Inter Milan fans will argue that some of their players have been underestimated. The popular video game has been available since September 26. Naturally, every fan relishes the opportunity to pick their beloved club and steer it towards in-game glory, or simply challenge their friends. Therefore, every gamer hopes that the programmers will award their favourite club with solid ratings. After all, this would boost his chances of prevailing over his opponents. Nevertheless, players can always strengthen their team by visiting U7BUY, where they can purchase FC 26 packs and coins while profiting from the best deals available online. As for Inter fans, they have an extra hurdle to overcome. Since the game doesn’t have the license to use the club’s real name and badge, the Nerazzurri supporters must first familiarise themselves with the ‘Lombardia FC’ in-game moniker. Once they digest this little nuisance, they might have some reservations about the player ratings. Unsurprisingly, Lautaro Martinez is the highest-rated Inter player in the game. The programmers gave him a rating of 88. Therefore, he landed 34 on the overall list, containing men and women. Mohamed Salah shares the top spot with Alexia Putellas, Kylian Mbappe and Aitana Bonmati. Behind the Argentine captain, Alessandro Bastoni, Yann Sommer and Nicolo Barella were handed 87 ratings. But on the other hand, some of the club’s second-choice players got low grades, especially the newcomers. So let’s take a closer look at some Nerazzurri stars who arguably deserved better ratings on FC 26. Marcus Thuram – 85 While this isn’t scandulous by any means, Marcus Thuram could do with an extra point or two. After all, the Frenchman is a complete striker capable of scoring goals from all angles, setting up his teammates, and taking part in the buildup. The game programmers may have reckoned his pace (86), but decided that he’s not an exquisite passer (76). This attribute surely took its toll his his overall grade. Manuel Akanji – 82 Following his summer move, Manuel Akanji swiftly assimilated himself into his new surroundings, becoming a regular starter for Chivu. But despite playing for Manchester City over the past two seasons, FC 26 somewhat overlooked the Swiss defender, perhaps because he wasn’t always a starter for Pep Guardiola last season. Interestingly, Stefan de Vrij, who hasn’t been a regular starter at Inter for years, got a higher rating (84) than Akanji. Carlos Augusto – 81 We can understand why Carlos Augusto didn’t get a better grade. After all, the Brazilian is still considered by many a mere backup. Nevertheless, the former Monza star is carving himself an increasingly more important role at Chivu’s court. He has proven to be a competent replacement for both Federico Dimarco at left wing-back and Alessandro Bastoni at left centre-back. Perhaps they will do him justice next season. Yann Bisseck – 76 Unfortunately for Yann Bisseck, he has been struggling for game time this season. However, the German is coming off a solid campaign that saw him playing regularly under Simone Inzaghi. He even managed to pip Benjamin Pavard for a place at one point. Obviously, Bisseck still has holes to fill in his game, but a rating of 76 is just too harsh for a player who has been part of Inter’s rotation for more than two years. Ange Bonny – 76 Like Bisseck, Ange Bonny was overlooked, perhaps with the programmers believing he’ll only be given a limited role this season. Nevertheless, the former Parma striker has swiftly endeared himself to the Nerazzurri supporters with his early impact.
