Chennai-Based Intellect Design Arena, which provides IT solutions to the financial sector, nearly doubled its net profit at ₹102 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, as against ₹53 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue grew by 36 per cent to ₹758 crore (₹558 crore). In the first quarter 18 new customers chose Intellect for their digital transformation journey, a company release said. For the first half of FY26, the company posted a net profit of ₹197 crore, as against ₹127 crore in H1FY25. Revenue for the period went up by 25 per cent to ₹1,460 crore (₹1,164 crore). In terms of its segments platform revenue stood at ₹137 crore as against ₹46 crore in Q2 FY25, growing 200 per cent YoY. Licence revenue went up 69 per cent to ₹144 crore from ₹85 crore in Q2 FY25. AMC revenue went up 19 per cent to ₹143 crore, while licence-linked revenue (licence + platform + AMC) grew 69 per cent at ₹423 crore. “Q2 was a quarter of strong execution and platform synergy. In an exchange filing, the company also stated that it has approved the proposal to nominate John Owen - President, Western Hemisphere and Vivek Gupta - President & Head of Consulting, as Senior Management Personnel.
