The West Midlands-based company, which has grown its reputation by using innovative technology, has recruited Matt to support colleagues handling claims for the UK's leading insurance brands. Privately owned, since its 2016 launch Evolution Claims Management has built its client base by operating a transparent fixed fee model with charges remain transparent regardless of repair value. Matt’s appointment represents the latest phase in the company's continued expansion and diversification strategy, following a number of additions to the management team. Matt joined from Innovation Group, where he held a number of roles, most recently as operations manager within the property services team overseeing the completion of subsidence claims. He was previously operations manager for the general perils team, having also worked as a claims partner manager. Matt said: "I am excited to join Evolution Claims Management at this time to draw upon my experience of progressive leadership in insurance claims management for this new role, having built my career while consistently delivering results across large claim portfolios. “In my recent career I have managed teams and overseen a wide range of claims, always maintaining a customer-focused approach that has strengthened relationships with major insurers and brokers. “I look forward to bringing a commitment to continuous improvement and client service excellence to help drive the company's continued success."
