Ireland and Munster rugby star Peter O’Mahony and his wife Jessica enjoyed a whirlwind trip to New York this week.
The couple were joined in the Big Apple by some of the player’s former teammates as they attended The New York City Friends of Munster Fundraising Dinner, at which Stephen Archer and Peter O’Mahony were special guests.
Every year the dinner fundraises for the community game within the province of Munster and the development the game of rugby.
While in the city that never sleeps, they enjoyed taking in some of the sites, as well as visiting a memorial for emergency service providers who responded to the World Trade Center September 11 attacks in 2001.

The couple even met some of the firefighters who responded to the scene 24 years ago.
They also enjoyed the great food and bar culture in the big city, and made some time for shopping.
She shared a host of pics from the holiday to Instagram, with the caption: “NYC in the Fall. I get it now.”
September 2025 also marked three years since Jessica and Peter tied the knot for the second time in a big celebration in Aix-en-Provence, after originally tying the knot in their back garden during lockdown in the summer of 2020.
