An influencer tragically died after slipping into coma on her wedding night. Bosnian nurse Adna Rovčanin-Omerbegović fell ill during her reception on September 13 and was rushed to hospital, according to local paper Dnevni Avaz. The content creator, 26, was receiving treatment when she slipped into a coma. She passed away two days later. News of her death was met with an outpouring of grief from fans online . One said: “Yesterday you were among us, today we send you off. Rest in peace, dear Adna.” Another added: “It is not fair that the lives of young people should end prematurely like this.” A third added: “You will forever remain in our hearts.” Her cause of death is still unclear and an autopsy is currently underway. Adna’s social media profiles were deactivated after her death. Hundreds of mourners gathered for Adna’s funeral at Kobilja Glava mosque on September 17, according to local outlet Crnu-Hronik. A friend told the outlet: “Adna always loved to help others. She spent her working life at the Old City Health Center, working as a nurse, while makeup was her second love, a hobby that worked for herself.” The 26-year-old also owned a salon in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia. Adna and her husband were married at the Hollywood Hotel. Adna is survived by her husband, four sisters and her mother and father. Earlier this month, reality star Rolling Ray died aged 28 . The influencer’s mother confirmed the death in an emotional statement on Facebook. The statement read: “It is with a heavy, heavy heart that I let you know that my son Ray Ray has gone home to be with the Lord. I thank everyone who has called or texted. This is going to be a long road.” Ray described himself as the “most famous boy inna wheelchair”. He had been going through a number of health issues recently and was rushed to intensive care in May after his breathing dropped. The social star admitted he wasn’t sure he would make it to Mother’s Day. He had been battling with pneumonia and a blood infection. Ray picked up pneumonia in 2022 too, as well as Covid, which he said almost killed him. Previously, YouTube influencer Stacey Tourout, 38, and her fiance Matthew Yeomans, 44, died in a car crash.
