Renowned travel influencer Anunay Sood has tragically passed away at the age of 32 , his devastated family have revealed. The Dubai-based social media sensation boasted more than 1.4 million Instagram followers and had explored the globe , capturing footage across 46 countries, reports the Mirror . A heartfelt statement was shared on his account, though no information regarding the circumstances of his death during a trip to Las Vegas has been disclosed. The message stated: "It is with deep sadness that we share the news of our beloved Anunay Sood's passing. "We kindly ask for your understanding and privacy as we navigate this difficult time. We humbly request you to avoid gathering crowd near personal property. Please keep his family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. May his soul rest in peace." On November 4, two days before his death, Anunay Sood took to his Instagram account to share a series of photos from his time in Las Vegas. The Dubai-based influencer, shared pictures from an automobile event that also featured Horacio Pagani, the founder of Pagani Automobili. He could be seen mingling at the event and even had his fan moment on acquiring autographs from the legends. Anunay's final Instagram post was shared from Las Vegas yesterday, featuring Fast and Furious star Sung Kang. He captioned his American adventure: "Still can't believe I spent the weekend surrounded by legends and dream machines. Which one would you take for a spin?" In response to the family's announcement, fellow content creator Cameron Biafore, who had also joined the Las Vegas excursion, shared his grief over the loss. He posted: "You were such a bright light and was grateful to be able to experience that even for a moment. Rest in peace sweet Anunay your impact and love for life in this world will always be remembered." The shocking news has left his community reeling, with many taking to social media to share their sorrow and disbelief over his sudden death. He had been featured in Forbes India's Top 100 Digital Stars list for three years on the trot from 2022 to 2024. In a chat with Forbes India back in 2024, he opened up about his love for creating content. "You have to adapt - I never considered Instagram and all these platforms to be my primary source of income. It was always secondary and I was doing it for my passion because I love travelling and I loved showing it to other people," he shared.
