The company plans to transform the “Access by KAI” application into a “super app” to enhance passenger comfort and safety.One of the latest innovations is the “Female Seat Map” feature, which is designed to provide a safe and comfortable experience for female passengers. With this feature, female passengers can see the gender of other passengers who have already booked seats in the same carriage. This allows them to choose a seat next to another female passenger.On the seat map, empty seats will be indicated in white, while seats occupied by female passengers will be marked in pink.
