Boston: An Indian student has been arrested in Boston for allegedly stabbing two teens mid-air onboard a Lufthansa flight. The incident took place on Lufthansa Flight 431 from Chicago to Frankfurt. The accused has been identified as 28-year-old Praneeth Kumar Usiripalli. According to reports, Usiripalli stabbed two 17-year-old boys with a metal fork after the meal service. One victim was hit near the collarbone, the other cut on the back of the head. Usiripalli also made a gun gesture, slapped a woman, and attempted to hit the crew. Due to the mid-air crime scene, the Lufthansa flight was diverted to Boston Logan Airport. It has been discovered that Usiripalli has no legal status in the US.
