India Vs Australia In T20Is: Most Wins, Runs, Wickets, 100s, Sixes, Best Score

After suffering a shocking defeat in the three-match ODI series against the Mitchell Marsh-led Australian team, the Indian team, which is ranked world No. 1 in T20Is, would like to come up with a big show in the five-match series starting Wednesday (October 29). The series opener is scheduled to take place at Manuka Oval in Canberra, and the next four matches will be played in Melbourne (October 31), Hobart (November 2), Gold Coast (November 6) and Brisbane (November 8). Suryakumar Yadav will captain the Indian team in the T20I series, and ODI captain Shubman Gill will be his deputy. Except for Hardik Pandya, who is out of action these days due to an injury, all the other players who were featured in the Asia Cup 2025 are part of the T20I squad, and as Hardik’s replacement, selectors picked Nitish Kumar Reddy and Washington Sundar in the squad on October 4. However, there is a possibility of Reddy missing the series opener due to a left quadriceps injury that he suffered during the second ODI in Adelaide on October 23. Australia, on the other hand, will again play under the leadership of Marsh, and their squad includes the likes of Travis Head, Tim David, Josh Inglis, Marcus Stoinis, Adam Zampa, Nathan Ellis and Xavier Bartlett. Josh Hazlewood, who was Australia’s best bowler in the ODI series, will play the first two T20Is, and Glenn Maxwell is available for selection in the last three.
