India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd (IMPAL), a company part of the TSF Group, on Tuesday, reported a 13 per cent rise in net profit at ₹25.5 crore for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2FY26). Revenue from operations grew 4 per cent to ₹198.7 crore compared with ₹190.4 crore in the same quarter last year. For the half year ended September 2025 (H1FY26), net profit grew 2 per cent to ₹395 crore. Net profit grew 6 per cent to ₹45.9 crore (₹43.4 crore). IMPAL operates in the segment of sale and distribution of automotive spares. It is an all-India distributor of motor parts and deals in engine group components, brake systems, fasteners, radiators, suspensions, axles and other such equipment. Published on October 28, 2025
