    A third-year UCD student has described measure to reduce fees and widen supports for students as “breadcrumb politics”.

    Student fees have been cut in this Budget from €3,000 to €2,500 but because this replaces last year’s reduction of €1,000, Enzo Crothers (21) said it’s actually a €500 increase.
