On Oct. 31, Sony finally released the names of the actresses who had scored the coveted roles. Shogun star Anna Sawai will play John Lennon‘s wife, Yoko Ono, while Mia McKenna-Bruce is set to star as Ringo Starr‘s first wife, Maureen Starkey. Saoirse Ronan will play Paul McCartney‘s wife, Linda McCartney. As for Boyd, she’ll be portrayed by beloved White Lotus star Aimee Lou Wood. “The Beatles changed my understanding of music.
