The aim of the "Prix Découvertes RFI 2026" is to promote emerging talent who have launched their careers in their home countries and are seeking to develop internationally. The winner will receive €10,000 in grant funding for their project, a concert broadcast on RFI, and a series of concerts at French Institutes in Africa. Details and registration information : prixdecouvertes.com The call for applications is open until November 20, 2025 : Applicant artists must have recorded one album, two extended plays (EPs), or have at least eight tracks available online (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, etc.). To apply, they must provide links to listen to six tracks, watch a live performance of at least 20 minutes or a performance of at least three songs in a row, and submit a short video introducing themselves and explaining their reasons for participating in the competition.
