Mark those digital calendars: The International Cinematographers Guild said today that its 63rd annual ICG Publicists Awards luncheon will be held March 13, again at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills. As per usual, that’s the Friday before the Academy Awards.
The television nominations will be announced on Wednesday, December 2, followed by the motion picture noms on Wednesday, January 14. Special award recipients will be revealed later. See the full timeline below.
The annual awards celebrate Local 600 publicists, unit still photographers, outstanding 2025 publicity campaigns for TV and filmand the year’s best entertainment journalists. Back in late February, the 62nd Publicists Awards honored the teams behind Wicked and All About Agatha with its marquee prizes.
Entertainment publicists first formed a union in 1937 as the Screen Publicists Guild, later becoming the Publicists Guild. In 2002, the Publicists Guild merged with the International Cinematographers Guild, IATSE Local 600.
