ICAI has released the datesheet for the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation examinations to be held in January 2025. The exams will begin on January 5 and continue until January 24.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the datesheet for the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation examinations scheduled for January 2025. This is significant news for long-awaited students, as their exam dates are now finalized. This year, the exams will begin in the second week of January and continue throughout the month.

According to the schedule released by ICAI, the Final Course Group 1 exams will be held on January 5, 7, and 9, 2025. Group 2 exams will be held on January 11, 13, and 16, 2025.

Intermediate Course Exams

The Intermediate Group 1 exams will be held on January 6, 8, and 10, 2025, while Group 2 exams will be held on January 12, 15, and 17, 2025.

Foundation Course Exams

All Foundation Course papers will be held on January 18, 20, 22, and 24, 2025.

When will other exams be held?

In addition, the International Taxation-Assessment Test (INTT-AT) will be held on January 13 and 16, 2025. The Insurance and Risk Management Technical Exam will be held on January 9, 11, 13, and 16, 2025.

Exam Timings

The ICAI has clarified that all exams will be held in a single shift. Most exams will run from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Some papers, such as Paper 6 of the Final Exam and the INTT-AT exam, will be held from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, as they will be 4 hours long. Meanwhile, Papers 3 and 4 of the Foundation Exam will only last 2 hours.

Important Points for Students

Admit cards will be uploaded on the ICAI official website a few weeks before the exam.

Candidates must arrive at the exam center well in advance.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.

Only ID proof and necessary stationery will be allowed during the exam.

Students preparing for Final and Intermediate exams should solve past year papers and model test papers.

Foundation level candidates should pay special attention to basic concepts and time management.

Students who are appearing for INTT-AT and Insurance exams should focus more on case studies and practical questions.
