It seems that a cheeky Nando’s isn’t just for lunch or dinner anymore, as one woman discovered to her amazement at Gatwick Airport, and she’s not the only person who’s recently shared their thoughts on the food chain . It turns out, the South Terminal of Gatwick is the only place where you can get a Nando’s breakfast, featuring unique dishes like chicken benedict and peri-peri chicken breakfast, alongside pastries. Shivani Khosla was over the moon when she stumbled upon this rare find. She couldn’t hide her excitement in a TikTok video, expressing her surprise at the breakfast offerings at the popular chain. Though the idea of a Nando’s breakfast may excite people, you can only snap it up at Gatwick. It’s not all bad news though as, just recently, a popular dish made its way back onto the main menu. In her video, she exclaimed: “Nando’s now do breakfast, but it’s only at Gatwick Airport – luckily, I’m flying from there today. Honestly, I can’t imagine Nando’s having breakfast. “The big breakfast has basically everything you need, so I ordered that. They had a separate egg section. God bless the Nandinos menu – they also have buttermilk pancakes so I got that.” Additionally, she mentioned a travel companion’s choice, as one person ordered avocado on toast, which she declared was “banging.” Despite her pancake dish looking “a bit sad”, she still sang praises for the breakfast she had. She continued: “First of all the sausage, I’d give that a 7/10. But the hash browns, oh my gosh, the best hash browns I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. “These pancakes were actually so good. They were a decent size as well for a kid’s meal. You can definitely get a better English breakfast from other places but, you know what Nando’s, I’m kind of impressed.” The review video has racked up over 3,000 views since it was posted, sparking lively discussions in the comments section. Enthusiastic viewers didn’t hold back on sharing their thoughts about the Nando’s breakfast. One viewer enthused: “Now that’s how you start a day right. Nando’s breakfast at the airport, yes please!” Another simply stated: “Nando’s brekkie is too good.” A third lamented the limited availability, saying: “They have been doing this for years. I’m gutted it’s only at Gatwick – I love it.” A fourth chimed in with a succinct: “Yum!”, while another suggested: “Get the chicken benedict next time.” According to Nando’s official website, their breakfast menu is an exclusive offering at Gatwick Airport, available from the hours of 4.30am until just before 11am. The website reads: “The best thing about an early flight from London Gatwick Airport? Getting Nando’s for breakfast. It’s the only place in the UK and Ireland you can get it and the perfect way to pass the time if you’re waiting to board. “Like our Sausage Breakfast Roll and Chicken Benedict. Or if you prefer sweet, try our Buttermilk Pancakes or All-Butter Croissant.”
