I think those are actually Pantry moth larvae, the brown head on them is distinctive to a the indian meal moth, not maggots. Unfortunately I only know because my friggin house was overrun with them this summer. They're different from a maggot but no less disgusting, and they love food sources which that all natural wash may be a perfect one. They're a nightmare to get rid of, and throw out any other open bags or food or grain or cereal. Best of luck, they're a nightmare.
