BBC legend Ruby Wax is reportedly heading to the jungle for the new series of I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here. The 72-year-old was said to be in advanced talks with ITV bosses to appear on the hit show, fronted by Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly. I'm A Celeb is due to return to screens next month, with an array of famous faces getting to grips with life in the jungle. They added: "She's interviewed some of the biggest stars in the world so will have no problem getting to know her fellow campmates. It will make great TV for viewers." A spell in the Australian jungle should be a doddle for Ruby, who spent ten days on a remote island for Channel 5's Ruby Wax: Cast Away back in 2023. Other rumoured campmates including Loose Women panellist Kelly Brook, former EastEnders ' star Shona McGarty, and rapper Aitch. ITV has previously refused to comment on the rumoured I'm A Celebrity... line up. A show spokesman told the Mirror : "Any names suggested for I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here are just speculation." However earlier this week, Christine McGuinness accidentally confirmed that she has signed up. The 37-year-old admitted that she had finally committed to taking part after years of being asked. She told The Daily Mail: "In the past I am never away from my children, I'd be frightened of the creepy crawlies, I have sensory issues I have never been outside Europe so flying over there would be quite a challenge. "But I've got a bit of 'f**k it'. Trying to get over to the jungle might be a bit of a mission, but this year is the year I have been most like 'f**k it' why not."
